Favors for Bridal Shower. Purses cut from scrapbook paper using a template, Sir Cuts a Lot software and my Cricut. Each purse was filled with assorted flavors of Hershey's Kisses & Hugs.
Nola - I have only had my Circut about a month but haven't cut much yet that I haven't used Sure Cuts A Lot for (including the purses and the Congratulations). I think it is easy to use and if you use Sure Cuts A Lot and Inkscape you can turn just about anything into an SVG to be used with the software and the circut.
TYNurse: The components are:
Each favor is one 12 x 12 sheet of paper which depending on if it was one sided or two ran about .59 to .79 cents each. Say .79 x 50 = 39.50
Two grommets for each box - 100 for $4.99
Stick on pearls - 50 for $4.99
Double sided tape for closure - 1 box $3.99
Two tape runner ($7.00 each) $14.00
Hershey's Kisses and Hugs = 20.00 (I used 8 bags and got them at 2 for $5.00)
I made 50 pursues total so they were about $1.75 a piece. I don't think you could buy the boxes (purses) alone for less if you purchased them from a favor company.
Belizebride - I have a SVG cutting file that I download somewhere on the internet for free that I certainly could share. It will be difficult, if not impossible, to use if you do not have a program that will read the SVG however.
