Bridesmaids Doily Canvas Bags

I saw this Doily Canvas Bag here . I knew I wanted to make it to give my girls a personalized gift that didnt hurt my pockets. So I purchased the medium sized canvas bags at Micheal's (3 for less than $10) I got the paint for .33 cents on clearance. (arcylic paint)

I modified the instructions some from the link abouve because I didnt have stencils in the front that I wanted.

They came out nice ( I think) but let me know what you think.

Directions:

1. First I paint over the Doily as directed HERE
2. Remember to quickly and carefully remove the doily before drying so it wont stick to the bag.
3. While drying I printed the letters and the rest of the directions are below.

Here are the pics in order(hopefully)

I print the letters on regular printer paper and traced it to a see through fabric(leftover from my runnner).

2. I trace the letters with a black paint pen

3. I then traced the letter to the canvas bag( Seems like alot but it was simple, I didnt trust my freehand)

I then over the outline with the same pen
