@seatxbee: the image/text is letterpressed. A friend who has a letterpress machine did this for us. We were very lucky!

@seatxbee: We were super lucky! but honestly, I wouldn't have thrown a fit if I couldn't have it pressed. It was such a cool design, I wouldn't have minded if it were printed. Thank you for the compliments! The weights of all the papers are on my blog (linked above)

posted by jenkt 3 months ago@jenkt: I did a little a day, so I honestly couldn't tell you how much time I invested. I made about 55 invitations total. I definitely recommend having help! If you have help, it is definitely doable. For all the cutting and assembly, it was just my fiance and myself, and we only worked on it on night (usually) after work. You could probably get it done in a week if you worked a little every day. It took me really long because I'd do a little, then leave it for 2-3 weeks, then work on it again. posted by chinvicky 3 months agoThese look wonderful! I love that you used 8.5x11 paper as I've seen lots of examples using larger paper and which seems pricier and the selection is more limited. Great job!
