amcarp01 - the paper is actually clear/see thru and black, whereas vellum is non-see thru. it's in the scrapbook paper slots at the craft stores...usually around 1.99 a sheet. a bit pricey, but i was able to cover three of these glasses with one sheet of 12 x 12 paper.
it only took one strip of double-sided tape to attach the piece of paper onto the glass...wrap it around, and then another piece of double-sided tape to adhere the paper to paper. it holds really nicely, ...and when you're ready to pull it off...it also comes off easily. this particular scrapbook paper is 'slick' so it wont tear or rip.
These are really stunning! I don't comment a whole lot, but this Damask Candle Assembly of yours caught my eya and I had to let you know how amazing they are! Love them...
Wrap scrapbook paper around your clear glass, secure with double-sided tape, add a candle or flower arrangement...and you have a unique centerpiece!
