Ok, so thesea are super easy to make and I think they add that little special something. You just cut out the tabs, place a long piece of double side tape on the backside, wrap around some cocktail straws and clip the ends with scissors into a pretty inverted "V". Viola!
template is ready and waiting if you want/need it.

Also.. is that just metallic thin scrapbook paper? Or is it cardstock?
Did you have a hard time finding drink stir sticks?
