This was a lot tougher than i thought it would be...whew! burlap frays like a biaaatch! i cut each letter out of left over fabric i had (see other DIYs), which was a HUGE PAIN IN THE ASS, btw! so glad it's finished though! can't wait to see it strung on my cupcake/cookie table in 3 weeks :)
I have a love/hate relationship with burlap. I wanted to use it but not on the tables. This is a perfect way to have just a touch of burlap (and bunting!) without going crazy.
me too! i'm using it on my tables (it will be to the floor), with ivory lap overlays over top to keep it dressy ;) it is so hard to work with though, i agree!
