We are getting married in Cape May NJ in September and having a Cocktail Reception party at home (PA) in October. These were a fun little extra that I wanted to incorporate, they will be placed on each table. The backside if "Requests" and the other side is the front.
It was a document that I found online and then used a program to get it to the size I wanted (4 per sheet). I have the Microsoft Word document if interested.
