I used the Post-it brand color coding labels 3/4 inch, bought at Office Max. I think they were about $18, but I had a $10 off $20 so I walked outta there with the labels and a few pens for about $12. There are 1800 labels total in green, pink, blue, and yellow, 120 labels per sheet. I used the instructions generously provided by Mrs. Nachos, except I converted the Post-it Word template to PDF because it wasn't working out in Word at all. I made the images in Powerpoint and then pasted them into the free version of PDF-Xchange (best PDF viewer/manager ever).
Also used pretty fonts and clipart located mostly through Google's image search.
