DIY Invites

I ordered the pocketfold envelopes from cards and pockets and did the rest myself. The paper is a pearly white with some sheen, but it doesn't show up well in pictures. I wanted to the diy route because I wanted a very specific color scheme and design and I'm a bit of a nerd.

I'm really happy with how they turned out!

Love it! Great job! Are the red birds printed or little cutouts pasted on?

Simply gorgeous!  How many invitations are you doing?

These are the types of invitations that sell for $5-$10 each, are you sure you shouldn't look into doing this for a living?  They are gorgeous!

wow nice job, Im checking them out right now online.  Our wedding is next December with the same colors.  If possible I would love the invite and enclousure templates if you would share. I agree I think you should do this on the side, cause I doubt mine will come out as good.

thanks ladies! i have to say that I'm ridiculously proud of the result. the red birds are little cut-outs, i liked the added dimension. the snowflake stickers are jolee's boutique and i applied  the little rhinestones by hand. after all is said and done, i probably spent about $5 per invite. a little pricey, but it was worth it. i only had to make 30, so it wasn't too bad.
