I made these monogram wine glasses for each girl attending my BFF's bachelorette weekend in NAPA VALLEY. Along with wine charms I also made. They'll be put in the maroon 2 bottle wine bags you see in the back!
I made these using my Cricut, 12x12 vinyl sheets, and wine glasses from Ikea. I practiced cutting the patterns and letters on regular paper before cutting on the vinyl, so I wouldn't waste the sheets.
CRICUT OWNERS: The Cricut cartridges I used were Home Accents, Lyrical Letters, and Opposites Attract. Use 3 on the blade, 3 on the speed, and 3 on the pressure. The sizes of the patterns varied between 1-3. The letters sizes were mostly 2 (or 2 1/2 for the middle initial).
These are awesome. I want to do something like this for our sand ceremony vases. Does the vinyl stick to the glass or do you have to use the glass etch stuff? Beautiful...your friends are going to love them!
I'd love to know how you got the vinyl to attach to the glass liks D.Marie. Is it attached to the outside of the glass or the inside? They are VERY beautiful! I may have to borrow my aunt's cricut to imitate this for my bridesmaid gifts! :) Thanks for sharing!
The vinyl used is a sticker vinyl I got from Ebay. Its a 12x12 sheet for the cricut. the sticker is attached on the outside. Thanks for the nice comments ladies!
@ perfectbridezilla: I have the cricut expressions, but if you have the smaller version that should be fine too! I love it...I'm a huge scrapbooker and I use it all the time, even for decorating the house or making cards!
