I made these programs a couple days before the wedding. It took me awhile to figure out the layout, but other than that it wasn't too bad.
The monogram on the front was generated for free at weddingchicks.com, though I modified it slightly in paint.
For the cover I used program paper from Staples and for the inside I just used regular white paper (I would have liked to use slightly thicker paper, but cardstock was too thick, since the booklet had several pages).
I used a small hole punch to punch a whole from each side and threaded ribbon through to bind the pages together (I didn't measure, I just slid the punch in as far as it would go on each side).

My parents and FI helped me with the assembly.
