Envelope Liners

posted 1 year ago in Other paper

I created a collage of our engagement pictures on an 8.5x11" page and printed them out on gold vellum paper. With the size of our envelopes, I was able to get two liners per page:

Thank you! We've gotten great feedback on them so far...people have been telling us they are keeping the envelopes just for the photos. Laughing

That is so darn cute. I have been wrecking my brain for creative liner ideas. Thanks to you I can stop. I think I have the same style envelopes...did you do the liners starting from the top of the envelope or only in the inside?

Thanks! I did the envelope liners from just under the "glue" line to about 1/3 of the way down the inside of the envelope. If you look at my invitation suite post, you will see how my template for the envelope liners measured against the 8.5 x 11" sheet.

What kind of adhesive did you use for attaching these to the envelopes?

I used adhesive runners...not glue dots (they are too thick). I bought them at Archiver's, but I'm sure they are sold elsewhere.

I love this idea! I have been struggling with envelope liners forever! What program did you use to make the collage? I am having trouble... :(

I used Pages on a Mac, which is similar to Publisher or InDesign for a PC. You could also try PowerPoint.
