We created tags to attach to our wedding favours and I found a great website for inspiration as well as providing this way cool pretty chicky template.
She has made alternate versions with yellow, brown, blue and “no fill” birds too. (”No fill” means the bird images are only outlines and the color of your paper will show through.) Just print on cardstock, and cut.
We selected our card to match our stationary star dream mars, and then chose a relatively cheap fleck gold paper to actually put the thank you on.
We also have our names and the date on the back but I forgot to take a picture!
they were for our mini playing cards, then I changed the colors of our wedding and well the ones I made that are pictured went out the window, and I created a new one, using same template just diff color.
Thank you so much. I'm making bird seed favors, so I needed a bird "thank you" tag. Now I don't have to spend the money on a stamp or search more when I have so much to do.

anyway this was an easy DIY project.
A few hours and 200 later our finished product!
