Tie ribbon around bamboo skewers. I used 8inches of 3/8" grosgrain ribbon but ended up trimming a lot of them because i liked the flags shorter...if i had to do this again I probably wouldve started with 6inches of ribbon for each flag. Cut triangles into ends if desired.
I used alphabet stamps on polymer blocks to spell out favorite catchphrases. The flags are just as cute if left blank too!
