I used a pack of scrapbook paper that has 6 different prints. I purchased these at Michael's 24 sheets/pack for 4.99. I also used a ruler and a paper folding tool to help with the creases.
You'll have to make several tests before you get the creases right! Just play around with the measurements, and dont forget to take into account the thickness of the mint!
I pulled apart a real matchbook just to use those creases/folds as a guideline.
