I purchased jersey robes from Target ($15 on sale) and purchased customized rhinestone initials (2 in. size) from Etsy seller, LysanderNViviana. All I had to do was iron the rhinestone on, pretty easy project.
Just for good measure, I put the robe and marked where I wanted to iron the initial, then removed robe and ironed.
