Last night I made the nest our ring bearer will carry down the aisle. And baby - it took me 5 minutes… I’m in love.
Here’s what I used. Everything is from Michael’s:
Step 1: Take the moss and nest out of the package, and put a handful of the moss inside the nest.
Step 2: Take your ribbon, cut some off, and place it under your nest.
Step 3: Tie the Ribbon.
Seriously the best DIY project ever for a craft novice like myself.
The ribbon was a bit too wide, so I’ll need to get a smaller one. But to get a feel of how it will look, I cut the ribbon I had in half. It’s so much prettier and you can actually see that there’s a nest under there.
And here I am “cheers”ing your with my nest. I have dark circles, I’m scarily happy and…
Omg I looove fruity pebbles. I might have to go buy a box. The ring nest is cool!!! I wonder ... does the moss get everywhere? I love the look of birdsnests
