I had intended to create a monogram and paint it onto my orange parasol. However, my now fiance suprised me by coming into town and proposing. He had booked a photographer for our engagement pics. Here is what my mum and I came up with. We took a hot glue gun, and paper roses (i'm sure you can use silk), stuck them to inside of the parasol. One downfall is that it won't close completely, but it served its purpose by adding our own touch to the pictures! We also stuck little diamonds on the inside from michaels.

posted by Unisha 1 year agoNow that the wedding is coming up, I figured I could resuse the parasol for the tahnk you cards.
I Printed out Thank you in large font, stuck it underneath the parasol, and traced it. After tracing, and used tacky glue and coverd it with glitter!
