This is my first of many DIY postings. Thanks to all the help you have given so far in your postings. I have tried the aisle pomanders and decided on purple carnations. My colors are eggplant/silver/white.
I'm trying to figure out what ribbon color to use. Anyone have these at their ceremony? Should I use white, silver or purple ribbon. The aisle runner is white and the tulle up the aisle is white too...
I used 3" white styrofoam balls and 45 carnations per ball. I got the flowers at www.silkflowersfactory.com. Great deals and they look so real. I know I should have added the ribbon first but i have spaces saved for them to go and extra carnations on standby to make up if i have empty spaces. They turned out to be 7" in diameter.
