I'm actually from Canada so we don't have the Dollar Tree, we have Dollarama here which I assume is the equivalent lol but yes the little votive candles are from Dollarama as is the big candle stand and discoball with all the flowers glued on it lol (i couldn't find styrofoam balls there and the discoball happened to be the size I wanted)
Beautiful! The whole tabletop looks so elegant and definitely not 'dollar store-like'. May I ask about the discoball? What size, what was the surface like and did you have any trouble getting the flowers to adhere? For dd's poms we are using huge plastic Christmas balls from Dollartree that were clearanced after the holiday. Ours are about 5" across and half of them are glittered and half are a satiny look. This project has me dragging heels because I am afraid that it will require drilling holes in the balls first if the flowers don't stay with glue on just the surface. Ours will be outside for hours and hours on a potentially very hot day (9-10-11). Are you having a reception in our out and are you concerned about the glue?
