I got my vintage stamps in the mail yesterday, so I am officially ready to go! This has been a big project, but since I am a graphic designer/web dev, I had to make them perfect! I am so pleased with the results. I am mailing them out in 2 weeks, so I have a lot more to assemble yet, but I really think it will be worth it.
PS - the script/words on the belly band are the lyrics to our first dance song - "Flightless Bird, American Mouth" by Iron & Wine
@ futuremrslumsden: i emailed a seller on eBay and asked him if he could put $.84 worth of postage for 22 invitations out of some vintage stamps he had in his collection for as close to face value as I could get. He put together a beautiful assortment for me ranging from $.01 - $.29 stamps from 1930-1995. I only paid $25.00 for $18.60 worth of postage, which I thought was a GREAT deal! I was very thankful to him for doing this for me as stamp hunting is so tiresome and difficult! If you would like his seller name, I will gladly provide that for you :)

Do you mind telling me what program you used? Or can you suggest a program I could use to design my invitations.
