I don't have anything except water bottles to go in them yet, but at least I have the bags!
I ordered the bags from papermart.com...$19.40 for 50 bags. (Sold in sets of 25 for $9.70)They are 8" x 4 3/4" X 10 1/4" and they were called APPLE SHADOW STRIPE HANDLE BAG.
For the labels I used half-sheet shipping lables that we already had here at home for our business (we ship a lot) and I designed the lables in word four to a page so I just had to do one cut to cut the two lables in half. You can order them through eBay or buy full sheet labels through labelsbythesheet.com and cut those in quarters.
A big thanks to Mrs. Apple Cider for the wonderful tree image she had used in her paper products. We couldn't find any tree images we loved so we re-created hers and just changed the birds to make it "ours".
The font is called "albemarle swash". It's also used with "Welcome to Lake Barkley!" You can download it for free at fonts101.com :) I absolutely love it!

VERY Cute! Great Job! I am making the bags right now too. I have water bottles, a door hanger that says welcome on one side and Shhhh.... We are recovering from Erika and Mike's wedding on the other, and I have some hershey kisses that I'm going to put some cute personalized stickers on the bottom. Let me know what you end up putting in yours.
