Small paper bags (can be any color but I chose ivory)
Vellum
Font that you like
Pencil
Scissors
Spray adhesive
Decorative edge punch
Print out character in desired font on scrap/printer paper. The dark character was visible through the ivory paper bag so I just cut the paper to fit inside and adjusted its position to my liking. Trace letter onto ivory bag with pencil. Use scissors to cut out outlined letter.
Measure front face of bag and cut vellum paper to fit. Make vellum paper 1/8th inch less wide than bag so that it fits easier.
Use spray glue to adhere vellum paper to inside of luminary.
Use edge punch or fancy scissors to decorate tops of luminaries. Repeat for as many luminaries as desired. Spell out names or words or shapes/designs.
