For our signature frame, I took pictures of signs at places we dated such as restaurants to spell out our new last name. I had it framed and our guests signed it at the wedding.
Did you just have this lying flat on a table or did you put it on an easel? I'm still debating whether to do this or a book I create myself with e-pics. Want it to be easy for folks to see and get to while actually writing something either way.
I had it professionally matted at Hobby Lobby (similar to Michaels). It was much cheaper than having it made. Stores in the mall let you pick out your letters from a collection they have but my letters are personal from places in town where we dated. I took the photos and my sister grouped them together. The whole project was under $50, including frame and matting.
My sister used a Photoshop type program to combine all the letter photos into a 3X14" print but you could use any size photo or have different letters matted together. I brought the print and the engagement picture in and the store matted it for me.

posted by thebriz 2 years agoIt measured 16 X 20 and was laying flat on a table literally just inside the entrace to the reception so there was no way anyone missed it!
posted by kaybee 2 years agoDo you mind tell me how much it cost you to make this?
