Sports Ticket Place Cards

I love this! I'm a huge packer fan, too. You've probably already thought of this but it would be cute if you got cloth and iron letters to spell the last nam and then put the number of the player underneath and frame it.

How did you make your tickets? I am looking to do the same thing but i'm not sure how to make the tickets so they are individualized for each guest, since these will be our place cards.  What computer program did you use or do you have any ideas?
