Use the attached for methodically selecting a vendor not just by price but other qualities which matter to you. I used it to select our photographer but any vendor would work. It will spit out a score based on the criteria, what you score each vendor, your weight you give each criteria, and their price. I have included instructions on the worksheet. I think it was great because it showed us exactly who would provide the most value.
