Is this what you will be using during your unity candle ceremony? A wedding that I took pictures at had candles like these and since there are no smaller longer ones... they could not light the middle candle. Luckily the wedding director stuck a lighted in the choir so that I could sneak it to them if one went out. That way they could light the middle one. The wicks on the two outside ones are not long enough to light the middle one. I hope this will help you cause I hated to see it happen at that wedding but at least we were able to fix it. So you may want to consider your groom having a lighter in his pocket so you can use it while your backs are turned.
On the other hand they are BEAUTIFUL! I love the ribbon and bling on the top.
You can also use two long matches to transfer the flame to the middle unity candle. They take up less space and are easier to use. Better for good pics!
I was wondering if you would be able to share your monogram that you used on the large candle. When I opened the Word program from a twist on unity candles, it was missing and said to enter your own. tammyodell@hotmail.com
if you're willing to share the template, i'd love to have it! :) these are gorgeous and have no inspired me to do the unity candle instead of the sand ceremony. :)
