Easy, inexpensive project to create rustic, country, folksy table "numbers".
IKEA wood frames, 3 for $2.49 (also online 3 for $1.99)
Old Scrabble game letters

All we had to do was make sure we could spell out enough tree names with the letters from a scrabble game. (We had an extra game but you can always find them on craigslist for cheap.) Glued them onto the frames, trimmed out STD postcards to fit and shazam! we've got our table numbers ready to go! (We put our wedding date on the head table frame. =D )

posted by Sulli301 2 years agoI absolutely love thsi idea - but I also really love the STD! Was this a template that you created or did you order them online somewhere? I am using a tree theme as my inspiration, and these would really be perfect for what I am going for!

They're postcards that we printed at vistaprint.com. If you're interested, I'd gladly email you the .pdf files so you can tweak them for yourselves. Feel free to PM me. =D
